Founders & Board Members

Tony is a Founder and President of VRA.  He is a US Navy Veteran who has a passion to support the men and women who serve our country and communities.  His background allows him to offer a variety of skills in business management, marketing, and property maintenance.  "My number one desire is to allow the opportunity for someone who is depressed or hurting to smile again and support them in all aspects of our programming, volunteering, and special events with a family like, yet professional environment."

JoDee is a VRA Founder & Vice President, her passion to not only work with riders who have special needs,Veterans and First Responders, she also loves to educate horsemanship.  She grew up around horses and graduated top of her class in Equine Management & Training. 

Erik is VRA's Secretary.  The Victory Riding Academy mission combines 2 of my greatest passions; Serving our Military and First Responder community, and horses.  I am dedicated, hard working, and strive to use every resource at my disposal to help VRA in any way that I can. 

Rick is a shareholder with the law firm of Koley Jessen, P.C., L.L.O. Rick brings with him a vast array of experiences in both business and non-profit ventures. Rick is a horse owner and understands firsthand the therapeutic benefits received from simply being with these wonderful animals. VRA’s support for military and first responders is something Rick strongly champions. VRA allows him to combine that passion with his love for animals.”

Dan is a Partner and Engineer with Ehrhart Griffin and Associates.  "I became interested in serving VRA after experiencing the complete dedication of the volunteer staff to their mission of service to First Responders, Veterans, and others with disabilities.  I hope to help VRA grow in their outreach to others."

I support VRA because of the mission to give back to the heroes of our community.  I bring to VRA willingness to work hard to help the organization success, a passion for the mission, love of horses and medical knowledge.
